BergSeeTraum is a single apartment, not one of twenty. 74 m² on the ground floor at Kirchbichlweg, fully renovated in late 2022: two separate bedrooms, an open living and dining area, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a level-access shower.
The balcony faces south towards the Brecherspitze and Jägerkamp peaks — no building, no road, no neighbouring terrace in front of it. The lake is an eight-minute walk, the ski slopes a fifteen-minute drive, Munich 51 minutes by direct train.
Every interior photograph on this page shows this apartment. What you see is what you get.

Schliersee is not a summer resort that stays open in winter. Each season stands on its own here.

From Munich central station the Bayerische Regiobahn runs direct to Schliersee every hour, 26 services a day, 51 minutes. The station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment, and once you are here you will rarely need a car.
Arriving by car is just as simple: the parking space belongs to the apartment, costs nothing and sits beside the step-free entrance. From Munich Airport the drive takes about 75 minutes.
The rate covers the whole apartment and rises with the number of guests. Final cleaning and the local visitor's tax are listed separately, so the total holds no surprises. For stays of several weeks we quote separately.
